Shipment Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated 4% order value separately ,which you need to pay.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to logistics or weather conditions.
Delivery Partners
We use reputed courier services including Delhivery, DTDC,  India Post, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. If its within Bangalore, we will send by delivery partner.
🌍 International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not ship outside India.
📦 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • This email will contain your tracking number(s) and the link to track your shipment.
❌ Damages or Lost Parcels
  • ohmyguard.in is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
🕒 Late Delivery
  • While we strive to deliver on time, sometimes delivery may be delayed due to courier issues or high demand. Your patience is appreciated.
