REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation

2. Returns

• PPE items (e.g., masks, gloves) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

• Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Manufacturing defect

3. Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days after product inspection.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Cost

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
